Experience
Essential criteria
- Significant post-registration experience in the area of speciality.
- Evidence of teaching junior members of staff and evaluating pupils in practice
- Proven evidence of improving the patient experience with digital solutions.
- Current experience using electronic patient records (e.g., Cerner).
Desirable requirements.
- Proven expertise monitoring and acting on nursing quality data, and generating relevant action plans.
- Cerner Millennium EPR daily use experience
- Experience with trust EPR change processes and development request administration.
