We are looking for a new College Registrar with exceptional leadership abilities, demonstrated strategic management expertise, and the confidence and vision to lead the College’s operations and services while also providing excellent support to the academic business. The Registrar is a vital component of the College’s senior management team, responsible for the overall governance and management of the College and University.
You will provide overall strategic leadership of the College’s operations and services, fostering a positive and collegial atmosphere, to support the formulation of the College’s plan and enable it to accomplish and assess its goals. You will lead the Colleges’ professional services teams while also supporting and advising the Head of College. You will be in charge of driving ongoing service improvement while also leading difficult change. As an ambassador for the College and University, you will build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders while promoting an open communication culture in which all students and staff are engaged and their contributions are encouraged and valued.
