About the Opportunity
Kraft Heinz is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strategy Manager to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of our UK & Ireland business. Sitting within our in-house Strategy & Consulting team, this role reports directly to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth and works at the heart of decision-making across the business.
You will be trusted with delivering high-impact strategic initiatives aligned to our three-year growth strategy, working closely with senior leaders across the UKI and European regions. This is a role with visibility, influence, and the chance to help define long-term business direction—not just respond to short-term challenges.

- Distil complex and imperfect data into clear insights and concise, leadership-ready recommendations
- Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making

- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate clear, practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and interview experience
- Confident presenter, comfortable engaging with senior leaders
