We are now seeking a motivated and dedicated Care Assistant to become a part of our team at our assisted living facility. Our goal is to consistently deliver the best possible care, whether it be palliative, short-term, convalescent, or respite care. Do you suit this position?






About You


Sponsorship for a skilled worker visa is available from HC-One to individuals who live in the UK and fulfil the requirements established by the UK Home Office. Please be aware that we are currently facing major difficulties in getting Certificates of Sponsorship owing to situations beyond our control. It is therefore doubtful that we would be able to assist anyone who need visa sponsorship in the upcoming six months, as we are unable to guarantee the timeframes connected with any potential visa sponsorship request. We will go over the sponsorship requirements and our ability to provide help with each applicant during our initial meeting, should an application for visa sponsorship be made.





As a Care Assistant, I oversee the social and mental requirements as well as the physical health of our residents while working under the direction of a Registered Nurse. providing assistance to residents with personal care tasks like grooming, washing, and meal preparation.










Providing a degree of attention that is genuinely heartfelt. Ensuring that our residents maintain their dignity and feeling of individuality while participating in general activities within the care home is our top priority. Additionally, you will always put the needs of the person receiving care first, whether you’re teaching a person with limited mobility how to use an assistance, providing emotional support to a resident who is confused or distressed, or providing care for someone who is nearing the end of their life.
