They will appreciate the pure lobby, your warm welcome, and your efficiency in making them check -in and point in the right direction. What will you do
● Greet all guests with a warm welcome;
● Processing all guest check-in, check-out, room assignment, and changing rooms/requests to check-out late;
● Ensure the tariff to match the market code;
● Clear departure at PM Opera;
● Operate telephone switchboard station;
● Run and check daily reports;
● Responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, etc.);
● Provide local area knowledge;
● Coordinate with other departments needed to complete the request or guest problems;
● Report all accidents, incidents, and emergencies that occur on the site.
What we are looking for
● Previous experience working with Opera PMS
● A warm and oriented attitude towards people
● The attitude of the first team
● Gift to pay attention to the smallest details
This role requires compliance with the expectations and quality assurance standards. You may be asked to stand, sit, or walk for a long time. Move, remove, bring, push, pull, and place objects weigh less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable work tasks as requested by the supervisor.
