About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic Information Management team and looking for enthusiastic professionals to help us pioneer cutting-edge digital approaches on major projects. You’ll join a collaborative network focused on rolling out advanced digital design techniques and smarter workflows, mainly for transport clients in the UK and North America.
This role is perfect if you love turning data into actionable insights—whether that’s supporting Net Zero goals, streamlining project timelines, or boosting overall efficiency in civil infrastructure like railways, highways, bridges, and tunnels.
You will team up with engineers, digital experts, and consultants to tackle people, process, and technology challenges creatively. The result? Safer, higher-performing, and more sustainable assets that truly benefit society.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on strategies to extract real value from project data, while also handling independent analysis tasks.
- Maintain strict standards for version control, audit trails, and data quality.
- Explore and assess emerging technologies for practical application.
- Build tools that organize, contextualize, and visualize data to inform better decisions.
- Share insights clearly with diverse audiences—through reports, visuals, presentations, or discussions.
- Drive meaningful change across projects using effective change management techniques.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys solving technical problems and seeing ideas come to life in real-world projects. You’ll thrive if you’re curious, proactive, and excited about new tech in data capture and analysis.
Ideal qualities include:
- Creative yet structured thinking for organizing and interpreting complex data.
- Enthusiasm for working across disciplines to understand needs and create user-friendly tools.
- Drive to go beyond the basics, spotting ways to add value for teams and clients.
Essential background:
- Degree or Master’s in a STEM subject.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working.
- Understanding of built environment projects, including deliverables and contracts.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and their practical use.
- Hands-on experience with Common Data Environments (e.g., ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Basics in programming, databases, or data analysis.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts simply.
- Logical problem-solving, ideally with some professional experience.
