Part-Time Outpatient Receptionist – General Surgery, Colorectal, and Gastroenterology Services

Location: William Harvey Hospital, Ashford
Position Type: Part-Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Outpatient Reception Team for General Surgery, Colorectal, and Gastroenterology services. This role is based at William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, where we are committed to delivering exceptional service and care to our patients.

We are seeking motivated individuals with a genuine passion for providing gold standard care at every level. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and driven team dedicated to ensuring that patient care remains at the heart of everything we do.

Role Overview:

This position involves face-to-face interaction with patients in the Outpatients reception area. Key responsibilities include:

Booking patients in for their outpatient appointments

Carrying out various administrative duties within the Outpatients department

Providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth patient flow through the reception area

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
