Social Media Manager, Marketing
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and optimise marketing strategies across our social channels. The goal will be to create best-in-class content and activities that promote brand and commercial impact while ensuring consistency and relevance across the social channel mix.
This post offers the benefit of working in a very collaborative and agile marketing team, and it would be appealing to someone who is used to dealing with numerous stakeholders and teams, including specialist marketers, compliance, data and product, and external partners.
You will work with key internal partners in marketing, campaigns, design, and product to activate campaigns on our social media channels. You will manage our social media calendar on a daily basis (using tools like Sprinklr) and look for new ways to increase social media effect.

Key Responsibilities
Own the growth of Chase UK’s monthly social calendar, including new topics and ideas while maturing the current organic strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new materials for both organic and paid social.
Own reporting for both earned and owned social media, incorporating insights and trends into the business.
Manage and build Chase UK’s influencer strategy.
Support the activation of critical product and marketing activities like sponsorships.
Improve engagement by improving existing campaigns and utilising data to identify opportunities.
Work successfully across the organisation, engaging with teams to deliver a clear and good experience for customers.
Collaborate with colleagues on the social media team to broaden the current employee advocacy programme to increase participation and raise the awareness of our Senior Leadership team.
Investigate new channels and/or tools to increase engagement and efficiency.
Key Skill and Experience
Previous experience in a social media marketing role (exposure to paid social and/or influencers is desirable)
Experience with Sprinklr (or a similar social media management application) is required; Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads experience is preferable.
A enthusiasm for exploring the most recent social media trends
A natural project manager with experience running end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
Analytical, with a test-and-learn approach, and comfortable working with data to find trends and growth potential.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on effective documentation to promote collaboration.
