What you will do

You will assist the senior chef team in managing and training junior chefs, you will assist in the creation of new dishes, you will be an expert in all sectors of the kitchen, you will be able to provide high quality dishes to spec, and you will have a genuine enthusiasm for cooking.

What we are seeking

• At least four years of professional kitchen experience is required.

• A consistent work history

• Fine dining experience in award-winning restaurants or hotels

• A friendly, people-oriented demeanour

• A team-first mentality

• Positive attitude and an extroverted personality

• Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask
