Working in Leeds at this time is thrilling.On the ongoing implementation and embedding of strengths-based social care, we collaborate with the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) and their Community Led Support programme.
This entails collaborating effectively with individuals, their families, friends, carers, and communities in order to support their long-term independence.
For qualified social workers, the Adults and Health service has a number of openings in both permanent and temporary positions that have come up in various parts of Leeds. We’re looking to hire adults with the necessary statutory experience.
You will have the chance to improve your social work skills and work in a strengths-based manner through these positions.
Additionally, you will contribute to the formation of a collaboration with colleagues in the health sector to improve the experience of persons using Adult Social Care services.
For newly qualified social workers, we provide an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) together with a strong supervision and appraisal structure, creating a demanding and supportive learning environment for all staff. You can also get assistance from a CPD (Continued Professional Development) programmer for the advancement of your profession.
No driving licence is necessary.
