We are excited to announce that we’re actively hiring Hearing Aid Audiologists (also known as Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers) for various locations throughout the UK. While this role may list Manchester (our UK Head Office) as the base, successful candidates can be based and work from anywhere across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you’ll play a central role in providing exceptional audiology care and customer service to Amplifon clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting thorough hearing assessments, understanding individual needs, and clearly explaining suitable hearing solutions
• Delivering ongoing aftercare in accordance with Amplifon’s structured support programme
• Overseeing daily clinic operations, with assistance from a Customer Care Coordinator, including team supervision
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and service quality across the team
• Creating memorable, positive customer experiences that consistently surpass expectations
• Serving as an ambassador for Amplifon by building and nurturing strong relationships with colleagues, local communities, referring professionals, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining full compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards
• Optimising the clinic schedule to balance business goals with excellent customer availability
• Consistently achieving (and exceeding where possible) key performance indicators, while quickly implementing improvement plans if needed

About You:

Essential requirements:

• Current registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – for more details on registration, visit the official HCPC site: https://www.hcpc-uk.org/

• Confident computer skills and digital literacy

• Determination, resilience, and a can-do attitude

Desirable (but not essential):

• Full UK driving licence
• Demonstrable experience in a commercial or sales-oriented environment
