Detailed Job Description:
To perform a multi-skilled senior administrative position supporting the upkeep, repair, and inspection of building, mechanical, and electrical services, related systems, plant, and equipment in accordance with operational guidelines and relevant standards.
The position holder will arrange for the availability of both stock and non-stock products and manage the paperwork needed for ordering, receiving, and distributing those materials.

The applicant must have experience working in a maintenance environment, have completed an accredited plumbing, electrical, mechanical engineering, or multi-skilled apprenticeship (or have equivalent level of experience in a workshop environment), and understand the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant, consumables, and equipment. The applicant must also have knowledge and experience in health and safety.
