Job Summary

Position: Senior Designer/Creative Manager
Location: North Oxfordshire
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000+ per year

An established and successful company is seeking a hands-on Senior Designer/Creative Manager due to new business wins and sustained growth. This role requires someone who can manage multiple briefs, prioritise tasks, and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design Projects: Take design projects from concept to completion, including creative concepts for presentations and tenders/bids.
  • Work Allocation: Assign tasks within the design team.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high creative standards across all projects.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio.
  • Leadership: Experience in supervising or managing a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fully Mac literate.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
