Key Responsibilities
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will undertake a fulfilling and varied role, including but not limited to:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene and dressing needs.
- Supporting safe mobility and physical movement.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as necessary.
- Monitoring and reporting health changes.
- Maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Providing assistance with toileting and personal care needs.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised environment for clients.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in healthcare, a Care Certificate, or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care delivery.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.

- Reliable transportation to reach work locations not accessible by public transit.
