Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage civil infrastructure projects including earthworks, concrete works, and roads.
  • Lead teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Prioritize safety, quality control, and continuous improvement in every project.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) to project locations when necessary, maintaining project oversight.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering is essential.
  • Proven experience managing major civil infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in earthworks, concrete structures, and road projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, ensuring collaboration and efficient problem-solving.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all project aspects.
