Job Description




The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Minneapolis is looking for a Housekeeping House Attendant to join our exceptional team! Don’t pass up this one-of-a-kind opportunity to join the world’s leading luxury hotel company!

BASIC PURPOSE: Clean the hotel’s public areas. Linen rooms and storage facilities are stocked with clean linens. Picks up and delivers products requested by guests. Assists housekeepers with moving heavy objects in guest rooms.




  • Keeps all guest corridors clean, cleaned, and dusted. Ensures that mirrors, furniture, flooring, ashtrays, lifts and doors are clean and unmarked. Cleans all service lift landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms by sweeping, mopping and dusting them. (30%)


  • Moves clean room linen racks to the guest room flooring. Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires are stocked daily with supplies and amenities. Removes trash and soiled linens from guest room floors. (30%)


  • Assists housekeepers as needed. Helps to move beds and furniture, shift mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes. (10%)


  • Picks up and delivers equipment requested by guests, such as irons, ironing boards, cribs, and roll-aways, on schedule. (10%)


  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, as outlined in EmPact. (10%)


  • Collaborates smoothly and professionally with coworkers and managers. (10%)


Non-essential Functions:

Assists with tasks and duties in the absence or high volume of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper.
