Work Hours/Shift: FT or Variable Shifts.

You’ll be liable for:

• Provide treatment in accordance with the hospital’s accountability, standards of practice, and in support of the Nursing Service and patient care objectives.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care based on the SHARE principles to guarantee high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Creates a compassionate environment by offering physical, emotional, and spiritual assistance to patients and their families.
• Maintains cooperative relationships with health care teams by successfully sharing information, responding to requests, developing rapport, and participating in team problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Requirements include at least two years of recent experience in a tertiary hospital setting with at least 100 beds.

Applicants must have:

• A US nursing licence or passing the NCLEX-RN exam
• IELTS Academic score: 7 in Speaking and 6.5 overall (OR).TOEFLiBt Academic Score: 26 in Speaking / 89 Overall, (OR) OET (OR) CGFNS exemption To apply for a visa sponsorship, a Visa Screen Certificate is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required by the unit (American Heart Association / recommended).
• Effective communication (verbal and written)
• Basic computing capabilities.

General Summary:

During their shifts, the Registered Nurse performs a wide range of job duties, including promoting and restoring patients’ health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, completing the nursing process and patients’ plans of care, providing emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members. The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and the appointed charge nurses. Actual roles and responsibilities may differ based on the unit or department allocated.
