ABOIT THE ROLE

 

In order to assist us provide the high-quality care our people need, as a Registered Nurse in a Barchester care home, you will attend to the medical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.

 

 

In addition to relying on your expert judgement to make crucial clinical choices, we will look to you to establish a secure and encouraging environment for residents with a variety of physical and mental requirements. You should anticipate a broad range of duties, such as creating individualised treatment programmes, giving medication securely, and performing to the highest standard in all that you do. You will have the freedom to carry out your duties independently as a Registered Nurse (RGN), and you will be genuinely appreciated and acknowledged for your work.

 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

To work with us as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you must be registered with the NMC as of right now and possess a solid understanding of contemporary clinical practises. The ability to create comprehensive risk assessments and well-crafted treatment plans is crucial, as is familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical recommendations. You’ll take great satisfaction in your person-centered, considerate approach to nursing, and you’ll be devoted and sensitive.
