In order to STAY AND WORK in the UK, Caremark is presently hiring Care Workers that need TIER 2 sponsorship.

Letchworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, and Baldock are the locations.

Home care, personal support, housekeeping assistance, and companionship services are all provided by Caremark, a reputable and well-established business. Benefits of working for us:

● £22,000 annually (Pro Rata for Student Visas) before probation

● £24,000 annually following a 12-week probationary period and upon obtaining a Tier 2 Visa

● Worked across four days, 39 hours per week (Pro Rata for Student Visas).

● HMRC will reimburse you for any excess mileage in addition to the 30p per mile spent for travel between visits.

● For bank holidays and Christmas Day, the rate is 1.5 times that of a weekday.

● Complete onboarding and training for the position.

● Development is possible (NVQ level training available).

● Complete PPE and uniform are provided.

● On-call team support available around-the-clock.

How your typical day might look:

Daily tasks can change based on the client and their requirements. Companionship (emotional assistance), meal preparation, medicine prompting/administration, washing and dressing, and personal care are only a few examples of the tasks (toileting and incontinence care). Depending on the particular requirements of the client, encouraging independence when possible.

Ideal applicant:

MUST HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR AND A FULL DRIVING LICENSE

. Possess at least one year of experience in a comparable position (preferred)

Health and Social Studies degree (preferred)

A solid command of the written and spoken English language

Enthusiastic and passionate about assisting others

Available for alternating weekends of work

Effective both individually and in teams.
