Summary
Ward 31 at Queens Centre CHH is looking for a passionate nurse to join a progressive nursing team that cares for cancer patients with a diversity of requirements.
The Queens Centre is a cutting-edge department that treats oncology and haematology patients across five wards. In addition to a great building, we invest in our workers by providing comprehensive ‘in-house’ training and recommended avenues for further study relevant to cancer patient care, including opportunities to complete the Chemotherapy Competency course.

This specialism demands the post holder to be professional, have a constructive problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, and be able to provide high standards of fundamental care to their patients.
A willingness to build evidence-based methods; under supervision, you will gain expert knowledge of cancer, symptom management, and treatments. As well as developing skills in emotional and psychological assistance during difficult times.
