Summary
Nasir Marketing (UK) Limited TA JNSK Utilities is an energy firm based in Birmingham. With a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we are looking for an experienced and competent Customer Service Manager to join our full-time team.
The manager will offer energy-related products and services to both enterprises and consumers. Their mission is to develop relationships with consumers, learn about their needs, and offer energy solutions that match those requirements.
One of the primary responsibilities of a customer service manager is to identify potential clients and generate leads. To uncover fresh opportunities, he must establish business partnerships and perform market research. Once viable leads are discovered, consultants conduct in-depth interviews to assess energy requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
It should be mentioned that this post is exclusively available to candidates from within the country. We will not evaluate applications from candidates outside the United Kingdom.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Generate a new sales lead.
• Identifies the best utility pricing for clients.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients.
• Collect customer pertinent dates for credit check.
• Keep clients’ recordings as backup in case of disagreement.
• Review contracts with clients before to renewal.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Provide training to junior employees
• Creates energy product packages for customers.
• Consults with clients about strategies to reduce energy costs.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
