As a People Development Advisor, you will play an important role in the learning and development of colleagues across the institution, providing assistance for a variety of training opportunities such as leadership and management, personal and professional skills, coaching and mentoring, and researcher development.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Have excellent facilitation skills and experience delivering training to senior management audiences.
  • Skills in creativity and innovation are required for the development and execution of a variety of inclusive blended learning solutions that improve manager and employee performance.
  • The ability to establish and sustain relationships with managers and employees, allowing for effective development needs analysis and diagnosis.
  • The capacity to plan, organise, and work within deadlines, as well as good project management skills. Showing a clear focus on purpose, deliverables, and impact.
  • Knowledge and practices for evaluating and implementing learning in the workplace.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues at the middle management level.
  • A solid track record of delivering customer-focused development activities that are tailored to development goals and feedback.
