Job Description

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.

 

  • Mobile phones and other electrical gadgets must be diagnosed and repaired.

 

  • Carry out software updates and installations

 

  • Repair or replace broken parts and components.

 

  • Before returning repaired devices to clients, they must be tested for functionality.

 

  • Maintain accurate repair and inventory records.

 

Experience:

 

  • Previous experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or a function in a comparable capacity is preferred.

 

  • Mechanical expertise and the capacity to fix with hand tools

 

  • Understanding of mobile phone schematics and troubleshooting techniques

 

  • Capability of maintaining and repairing repair equipment

Full-time employment

Annual salary: £20,000.00-£27,000.00
