Job Description

TN visa sponsorship for citizens of Canada (passport required).

Job Title: Field Engineer (Upstream Oil and Gas).

Location: Midland, Texas.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct field equipment walkdowns and compare P&ID to as-is conditions.

Mark up engineering documentation based on field observations.

Use handheld inspection applications to collect equipment data and images.

Submit full reports of field walkdowns every day.

Requirements:

High school graduation and 5 years of related job experience. OR Engineer/Diploma in Engineering with two years of related experience.

2-5 years of relevant experience in upstream oil and gas areas.

Knowledge of onshore well pads and infrastructure is preferred.

Ability to read, interpret, and change engineering documents such as P&ID, PFD, and isometrics.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office tools

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Strong planning and reporting skills, including the creation of work requirement checklists and QA/QC checklists.

Ability to operate individually and as part of a team.
