Staff Nurse – RMHN / RNLD / RGN (Neurorehabilitation)

Location: Lancashire
Salary: £38,256.80 – £46,570.07 per year (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

 

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and forward-thinking nurses to join our Neurorehabilitation service. This is a meaningful opportunity to work alongside people living with an acquired brain injury, helping them rebuild independence and improve their quality of life.

In this role, you will work as part of a truly collaborative interdisciplinary team where every voice matters. You will contribute to personalised care planning, act as a positive role model, and support the delivery of safe, evidence-based practice.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

To be considered, you will need:

  • Active NMC registration (RMHN / RNLD / RGN)
  • A friendly, compassionate and approachable manner
  • Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
  • Ability to work confidently within a multidisciplinary team
  • Understanding of risk assessment and safe clinical practice
  • Practice assessor or practice supervisor status
  • Good IT and electronic record-keeping skills
