About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Barchester, you’ll play a vital role in meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents, delivering the high-quality care they deserve. You’ll help create a safe, supportive environment while exercising clinical judgement to make crucial decisions and provide exceptional care.
Your responsibilities will include developing personalised care plans, administering medication safely, and upholding the highest standards in everything you do. This is a role where your professional expertise is respected, and where you’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way.
About You
To join us, you’ll need:
- A current NMC registration (RGN)
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
- Experience in developing care plans and detailed risk assessments
- A solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., DoLS, MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines)
