JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Home care assistants and support workers, both male and female, are needed.

Type of job: Hours flexible – Flextime, part-time, and full-time – Days, evenings, weekends, and school hours

Pay rates with guaranteed hours range from £10.75 to £11 per hour.

As a domiciliary care agency, we help senior citizens live comfortably in their own homes.

Home care assistants and caregivers, both male and female, are needed to provide in-home care in the Hampshire (SO50,SO16, SO51,SO52, SO53, SO30, SO31, SO32, PO17) post code region and its environs.

Being a driver and owning a car are necessities.

Opportunities for training. Our Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care programs are offered based on your experience and position within the firm.

Types of Jobs: Contracts with zero hours; temporary
Full time (40 hours per week)
Pay: between £10.75 and £11 per hour

 

Timetable:

 

Take a three-hour break.

Monday through Friday

Availability on weekends

Licensure/Certification: Own car and complete UK driving licence (Essential).

Place of Work: Community

 

Duties:

Helping the client take care of themselves through showering, shaving, and dressing
Taking care of home chores like laundry and grocery shopping
Meal preparation and serving at the proper time
giving oral and topical medicines following training in medicine management

 

Offering psychological and affective assistance
Making suggestions about the care plan to family members and medical staff
arranging for the service user to participate in appropriate leisure activities
working together with social workers and other health care providers to deliver the best care possible
