Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or MS in communication disorders recognized by ASHA.
  • Current license/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in the applicable state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders.
  • Document findings neatly and accurately, adhering to guidelines.
  • Develop treatment plans with long and short-term goals, including modalities and interventions.
  • Ensure MD orders are obtained for all evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment and modify patient treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.
