As a Refrigeration Technician, you’ll directly contribute to this mission—turning technical expertise into tangible climate action.

Your Impact

You’ll operate at the heart of our sustainable energy infrastructure, managing complex systems between 50 kW and 1 MW. This isn’t routine maintenance—it’s proactive stewardship of critical infrastructure where precision meets purpose. Your work ensures facilities run cleanly, reliably, and in full compliance with evolving environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize commercial refrigeration/heat pump systems using advanced control technologies
• Execute F-gas compliant servicing per EU regulations (see Swedish EPA guidelines)
• Lead commissioning and retrofit projects for new installations and legacy system upgrades
• Deliver technical guidance to property managers and operations teams—translating complex data into actionable insights
• Document every intervention with meticulous service reports and system performance analytics
• Anticipate failures through preventive maintenance strategies that extend equipment lifespans

You Bring

• F-gas Category 1 certification (essential for handling fluorinated gases)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial-scale cooling/heating systems
• Mastery of system logic, electrical controls, and HVAC diagnostics
• A B-class driver’s license and fluent Swedish (written/spoken)—English proficiency is a plus
• Proven ability to independently manage full-site technical operations
