About the Role
Kraft Heinz UK is recruiting an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to join its Strategy and Consulting team within the UK and Ireland business unit. The role reports to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth and focuses on delivering key projects that support the company’s three-year strategic vision. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across the UK and European markets to provide actionable insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the leadership team in defining the long-term strategic direction for the UK business, identifying key market segments and growth opportunities.
- Conduct external benchmarking, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to generate insights and develop recommendations for business improvement.
- Lead strategic projects across the business, ensuring they align with the company’s growth priorities and deliver measurable results.
- Define and execute initiatives across marketing, innovation, revenue growth, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn insights into practical strategies that drive success.
- Engage with departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Example Projects
- Brand strategy development, including performance evaluation and identifying key initiatives to grow market share.
- Foodservice and Away-from-Home strategy design, identifying target accounts and outlining competitive approaches.
- Value engineering assessments to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience in strategy consultancy or seven years in an in-house strategy role, ideally within FMCG or a consulting environment.
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems and create clear, actionable recommendations using data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable working with incomplete data.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and presenting to senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Team-oriented approach and a strong ability to collaborate across departments.
