Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate I to join our Homes.com team. In this role, you will be pivotal in advancing our mission to deliver top-notch digital marketing solutions to the residential real estate sector. You’ll engage in virtual sales presentations to sell subscription marketing solutions, drive revenue growth, and support clients in achieving their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to drive revenue through subscription-based advertising solutions.
- New Business Development: Proactively prospect for new business opportunities via outbound calls and other methods to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Education: Conduct virtual demonstrations to highlight the value of Homes.com and our marketing solutions.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to contribute to Homes.com’s revenue growth.
- Customer Support: Offer exceptional support and insights to customers, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are provided effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must have graduated in May 2024 or December 2023.
- Sales Interest: Demonstrated interest in sales with a proven track record of commitment to previous roles.
- Customer Management: Experience or interest in managing and nurturing customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Virtual Sales Experience: Familiarity with selling in a virtual environment to customers, peers, or organizations.
