MCG Healthcare is excited to partner with a leading healthcare provider in Wakefield, offering an excellent opportunity for a General Practitioner (GP) to join their dynamic and progressive team. This is a fantastic role for GPs who are seeking a supportive work environment with Tier 2 visa sponsorship options.

Job Overview:

You will be working for a well-established healthcare provider that embraces modern technology and innovative methods, such as video consultations, e-consultations, and telephone triage. The role involves 6 sessions per week, with flexible days and opportunities to lead and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Care: Provide high-quality medical care, focusing on improving patient outcomes.
• New Technologies: Engage in telephone triage, video consultations, and e-consultations, leveraging technology to improve patient care.
• Leadership Role: Take an active role in shaping services locally by representing the practice at Primary Care Network (PCN) and Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a small, experienced team of clinicians, supported by an outstanding administrative and management team.
• Flexible Working: Benefit from flexible working conditions across two nearby sites, with schedules set to suit your preferences.

Qualifications:

• GMC Registration: Valid GMC license is required
