Your Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at Beaumont Tiles. This role offers a diverse experience where you will develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers have a delightful experience with us while achieving team sales targets.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your daily tasks will include generating sales, providing expert product knowledge, processing sales efficiently, conducting follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Additionally, you’ll assist with warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and offering advice to trade customers and builders.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or a related industry.
- Sales Achievement: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A mature, self-directed approach to resolving issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle loading and unloading products up to 25kg.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with technology and administrative tasks.
