We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (f/m/d) to strengthen our compassionate team. This role offers flexible employment options, including full-time (38.5 hours/week over 5.5 days) or part-time arrangements. Newly qualified nurses receive a starting salary of €3,434.03 monthly, with progressive increases based on experience. Compensation includes supplementary retirement benefits and additional payments such as shift premiums.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver resident-centered, holistic, and activating care and support within your assigned living area.
  • Provide skilled nursing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Perform essential basic care tasks, including assistance with food intake, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
  • Uphold nursing quality standards in accordance with § 113 and § 75 SGB XI.
  • Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
  • Actively implement our corporate philosophy and nursing care mission statement.
  • Operate effectively within defined care budget parameters.
  • Provide constructive support to nursing leadership.

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent expertise in nursing. Prior work experience is desirable, with geriatric care experience being a distinct advantage.
  • German language proficiency certified at minimum B1 level; B2 level is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness for constructive, cooperative teamwork within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution capabilities.
  • High levels of determination, motivation, and flexibility.
  • Openness to embracing new concepts and structural changes.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking in care delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and task execution skills.
  • Ability to think and act economically within care parameters.
