Registered Nurse – Community Care, Herrenberg (Germany)

We are currently hiring qualified nurses to join our community care team in Herrenberg. This position is ideal for professionals looking to grow their nursing career in a supportive and well-structured environment. Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting patients in leading an independent lifestyle through holistic, personalized care
  • Monitoring vital signs and overseeing ventilation
  • Providing both basic and treatment-related care
  • Communicating effectively with patients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with respiratory therapists, doctors, and external specialists
  • Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of all nursing procedures
  • Participating actively in team meetings and continuous improvement discussions
  • Handling emergency situations professionally and safely

Your Profile

  • Completed three-year qualification as a nurse, health and nursing assistant, geriatric nurse, or pediatric nurse
  • Motivation, reliability, and a genuine passion for patient care
  • Willingness to work as part of a close-knit and supportive team
