We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management best practices. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to ensure tenant satisfaction while optimizing property performance and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns, delivering excellent customer service.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and negotiating lease terms.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions using property management software such as Yardi or CMMS.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction to upper management.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to market properties effectively and negotiate lease agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and office management.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or CMMS is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in all interactions.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $1.00–$2.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
French is not required.

- Weekends as needed
