Pharmacy Manager at Safeway, a division of Albertsons Companies

Location: United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and wellness services.
  • Manage financial performance and act as the pharmacist in charge.
  • Deliver patient care services actively.
  • Maintain operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement profitability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
  • Certified immunizer (preferred).
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work various schedules.
