About the Role:

As a People Advisor, you will report to a People Partner and provide guidance and support on various people-related matters. Your role will contribute to fostering a positive work environment by assisting with people processes and addressing employee-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries.
• Provide advice in line with legislation and HR best practices.
• Assist in resolving staff queries and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent approaches.
• Manage employee relations cases according to HRUC policies and procedures.
• Create reports and track trends such as employee engagement and performance.
• Maintain high-quality staff records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in an HR-related role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Proactive approach and adept at problem-solving.
