We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our workplace runs smoothly, managing administrative activities, and providing support to various departments. Key responsibilities:

· Manage reception tasks, such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

· Use technologies such as email, spreadsheets, and databases to optimise office operations.

· Maintain and organise electronic and paper office records.

• Create and deploy new administrative systems, including record management.

· Manage and organise office layout, stationery, and equipment.

· Keep the office and equipment in good shape and schedule repairs as needed.

· Delegate and manage personnel workload and production.

· Review and update health and safety policies to ensure they are followed.

· Manage the organization’s social media accounts.

· Hire, train, and supervise administrative workers, such as assistants and receptionists.

· Establish explicit performance expectations and offer continual feedback and coaching.

· Encourage staff development and training. Implement and promote equality and diversity policies.


Qualifications & Experience:

· Office management expertise is preferred.

• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi languages.

· Excellent communication abilities, both vocal and written.

· Capable of identifying and addressing operational difficulties effectively.

• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

• Proficiency with office software and apps.

· Capable of adapting to changing priorities and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Salary: £27,000.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
