Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This key role ensures the smooth operation of our office by providing essential support to both management and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and excel at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Supervise front desk activities, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training development for new and current employees.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate team management activities to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies inventory.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing and data entry.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
