Hey Baby 4D is a private 4D ultrasound clinic, soon opening in Clapham, South London. Our focus is to provide exceptional service in a friendly and professional environment. Everything we do revolves around delivering excellent customer care and enhancing the experience for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and registered sonographer to join our team, conducting obstetric and gynecological scans.

Job Description – Hey Baby 4D Clapham:

As a sonographer at Hey Baby 4D, you will play a vital role in promoting patient-focused care. You will ensure all areas of the clinic are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to a positive client experience. Your duties will involve handling complex or sensitive information while advocating for your patients and maintaining their dignity.

Our team’s primary goal is exceptional customer care. We are looking for someone who truly puts their heart into every interaction, showing empathy and support. Understanding the emotions that come with pregnancy scans—whether it’s the customer’s first or their twentieth—is key. We aim to make each visit a positive, supportive, and enjoyable experience for all.

We welcome applications from sonographers currently based in the UK and internationally. We are open to discussing flexible working hours, from part-time to full-time positions. The role requires availability for weekends and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing a variety of prenatal scans, including early pregnancy reassurance, gender confirmation, and late-pregnancy 4D scans.
  • Producing high-quality ultrasound images and videos for patients.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and making professional referrals as needed.
  • Offering phlebotomy services for NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) and SneakPeek blood tests (phlebotomy training provided if necessary).
  • Collaborating with management and reception to deliver a premium client experience.
  • Ensuring high standards of patient care and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinic.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified and experienced sonographer with a solid understanding of ultrasound procedures. You must be registered with one of the following organizations: HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council), GMC (General Medical Council), or BMUS (British Medical Ultrasound Society).

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a patient-centered approach. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with references.
