About Us

The Faculty of Natural, Mathematical, and Engineering Sciences (NMES) is home to the Departments of Chemistry, Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, and Physics, each renowned for excellence in research and a diverse range of educational programs.

Our faculty is dedicated to enhancing administrative processes and staff experiences by leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and functionalities. By streamlining operations, we aim to boost efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Microsoft 365 Developer to lead projects that harness the full potential of Microsoft 365 tools within NMES and across King’s College London. You will collaborate with colleagues to design, test, and implement solutions that enhance information management, improve data access, and optimize administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with NMES staff and other faculties to scope and deliver projects.
  • Act as a project lead to develop, test, and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions.
  • Drive improvements in working practices, information management, and data reporting.
  • Enhance the control and accessibility of accurate and relevant information across the faculty.
  • Work closely with the Business Operations team, alongside two existing Microsoft 365 Developers, and liaise regularly with King’s IT.
