About the Company:
This leading global hardware vendor operates across 30 countries, employing over 5,000 professionals worldwide and generating billions in revenue. Due to significant growth in the Australian market, the company is expanding its Melbourne office and is seeking a skilled Power Systems Engineer to join their team, focusing on critical infrastructure projects.
Role Responsibilities:
The Power Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and servicing power systems and supply technology across various industries, ensuring seamless operations in critical environments.
Key Duties:
- Conduct installations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on power systems.
- Manage administrative tasks, including timesheets and client-signed service documentation.
- Maintain company standards in appearance, conduct, and customer interactions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
- Promote and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
Applicant Requirements:
- Relevant trade certification in electrical or electronic systems.
- Valid state electrical license.
- Proven experience servicing power equipment in commercial or critical infrastructure settings.
- Familiarity with data centers, telecommunications, or similar technical environments.
- Proficiency in common office software.
