About the Role

We are expanding our technical team and invite a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join us. Your day will begin at one of our high‑profile client sites in the region, where you will collaborate closely with plant engineers and operators to keep production lines running smoothly. Both day and shift schedules are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and perform corrective repairs on industrial machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control‑system faults.
  • Implement modifications and upgrades to existing equipment to improve performance.
  • Provide on‑the‑job coaching to operators, ensuring they understand basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.

What You’ll Need

A completed vocational qualification (MBO) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline.

Minimum of six years’ experience in a comparable maintenance role.

Valid VCA and NEN3140 VP certificates, or a clear intention to obtain them.

Proficiency with Measurement & Control Technology, PLC programming, and frequency drives.

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
