Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging Lesson Plans: Develop and deliver fun, structured Mandarin lessons that keep students motivated and encourage active participation.
• Interactive Learning: Incorporate hands-on activities like arts & crafts, projects, and sensory play to reinforce language skills in a creative way.
• Student Progress Tracking: Systematically assess and record students’ progress in meeting learning objectives.
• Classroom Management: Establish a well-structured routine to create an effective learning environment, managing groups of young learners.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with parents and school staff using educational tools and software, as well as regular email updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other educators and curriculum specialists to share ideas and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
• Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated enthusiasm for language education and a creative approach to lesson planning.
• Classroom Skills: Excellent ability to engage young learners and express ideas clearly through voice and gestures.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle classroom challenges and individual student needs.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with educational software and the Google Suite is preferred.
