Position Summary

Nespresso Professional (HORECA channel), a company driven by innovation and quality, has ambitious plans to grow its business within the restaurant, pub, and foodservice sectors throughout the UK. To do this, it is looking for candidates with experience in the on-trade who are sales-driven, commercially focused, and have a strong understanding of the market.

A typical day for a key account manager…

● Get new HORECA clients nationwide in the suitable target demographics.

● Improve customer portfolios already in place and increase distribution

● Make sure your brand is highly visible within the HORECA Channel by acquiring customers, signing contracts, and placing equipment there.

● Boost customer relationships to increase sales from both new and existing clients.

● Establish a smart sales funnel through cold calling, networking, email, events, and industry-specific trade shows.

● With the assistance of a professionally furnished store in central London, conduct routine on-site coffee tastings and instruct potential clients.

● Understand the global strategy for key accounts and communicate with headquarters (Switzerland) on global accounts.
