Job Summary

In order to fill salaried GP positions throughout Cumbria, CHoC is happy to sponsor suitable applicants for a Tier 2 visa. We have expertise dealing with and completing Tier 2 candidates.

Our general practitioners are an essential member of the CHoC team and answerable to the Medical Director and Chief Executive. In your capacity as a CHoC GP, you will be in charge of offering the people of Cumbria high-quality primary care services in an after-hours setting.

There are various alternatives available in terms of location, working hours, and schedules for this position, which can be either part-time or full-time.

Our physicians practice from locations all around Cumbria (including extended access locations). Our main operations are at:

● Kendal

● Barrow

● Whitehaven

● Carlisle

● Penrith

● Wigton

● Practice for Upper Eden Medicine

● Infirmary Windermere

● medical practice in Alston

● Glenridding Medical Clinic

Main duties of the job

The purpose of this position is to offer the people of Cumbria a comprehensive variety of high-quality primary care services in accordance with established protocols and research-based medicine, both during business hours and after hours.

To appropriately respond to medical issues that patients present, which may include: Telephone clinical advice Face-to-face consultations, history taking, exams, diagnoses, investigations, treatments, and, where necessary, referrals.
