**Responsibilities:**
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure excellence in customer care and audiology services for Amplifon clients, including:
– Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs, providing information on available options.
– Delivering aftercare in line with the Amplifon aftercare program.
– Managing the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management.
– Ensuring the team provides a professional and high-quality service.
– Creating a positive customer journey that exceeds expectations.
– Building strong relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other clinicians.
– Ensuring compliance with internal and legal guidelines.
– Effectively managing the clinic diary to meet commercial objectives and customer needs.
– Meeting all KPIs and addressing any underperformance with timely action plans.
About You:
– Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC.
– Commitment to exceptional customer care and service.
– Commercial awareness and strong computer literacy.
– Action-oriented with strong analytical and judgment skills.
– Effective communication and organizational abilities.
– Numerate, driven, and tenacious.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
– Full driving license.
– Proven commercial experience.
