This position involves managing one or more programme functional areas such as procurement, contract management, design, construction, project controls, quality management, financial planning, risk management, operations and infrastructure, and mobility equity. Working with the Programme Manager or Senior Programme Manager to learn about other areas of PMC services and their linkages.

 

You’ll do the following:

  • Assists the Programme Manager by efficiently managing and delivering PMC services in the given region or areas.

 

  • Resolves issues with a modest financial impact and gets direction from the Programme Manager for issues with a higher financial or business risk to the customer.

 

  • Identifies and recommends to the Programme Manager potential avenues for increasing HNTB’s presence and revenue with the client.

 

  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients at the equivalent organisational level, as well as actively participating in and creating relationships with local and state industry organisations.

 

  • Identifies staffing requirements for service delivery in their area(s), providing direction and oversight to staff, client personnel, and subcontractors.

 

  • Participates in the creation of client service action plans and the review of client projects.

 

  • Other responsibilities may be allocated.

 

You will require the following items:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field

 

  • 12 years of related experience

 

What We Prefer:

 

  • Experience managing or leading a team to complete PMC projects successfully.

 

  • Professional Engineer Certification
