Early Years Educator- Visa Sponsorship Opportunity

Salary: up to £27,600 (32,000 EUR) a year

(Visa sponsorship is now available)

Location: Surrey and South West London

 

Requirements:

 

  • Early childhood education at the university level (Diplomado/Graduado in Educacion Infantil)
  • Clear DBS (Adjuntar has no criminal history)

 

Hours: 41.25

Programme Information:

Fennies is looking to sponsor approximately 12 persons to work in the UK on a three-year visa.(1 year of service is required)The programme highlights the exceptional quality of early childhood education in several European countries. From the start, our curriculum provides a solid structure and financial support. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work at one of the UK’s top early years providers. With the growth of Fennies, there are some significant chances for job advancement within the three-year visa period.(1 year of service is required)

Your Journey

 

Every day, as an Early Years Teacher, you will support your core children and form ties with them and their families. You’ll help with routines in your room, including as naptimes, mealtimes, and creative activities. You will effectively apply your knowledge of birth to five years old and assess the growth of your important children. You will actively support the Room Leader and serve as a role model for unqualified team members. You will be encouraged to take the next stages in your path and become your best self at Fennies.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing the curriculum to the appropriate age group that you teach
  • Preparation and creation of educational materials, curricula, and planning
  • Observing and measuring the children’s talents, as well as tracking their growth, in order to effectively build on these and improve their knowledge and comprehension in their core areas of learning.
  • Understand the children’s needs, especially those with special educational requirements, impairments, and EAL.
  • Creating parent-child relationships by providing honest and constructive comments on their talents.

 

What you already know:

 

  • A thorough understanding of the Early Years and Child Development.
  • University Degree in Early Childhood Education (Diploma/Graduado in Educacion Infantil)
  • The finest practices for security, health and safety, and confidentiality
